(GREENVILLE, SC) Jeff Sanders of Accent Photography, located in Greenville, SC, was recognized at the 23rd Annual International Dream Room Awards ceremony held in Nashville, TN, on May 25, 2007. His images took first place in the Children’s Room category, first place in the Home Office category and second place in the Family Room category. Regarding her winning photographs in the Children’s Room category, interior designer Betty Sapp of Pinehurst, NC, said, “If it had not been for Jeff’s enthusiasm for that particular room, I would not have photographed it. The shape was difficult, but he worked his magic and the result was a winning day for me.” She was also named first runner up Decorator of the Year for 2007.
“Being a part of the winning entries was great,” said Sanders. “It’s a real plus and a feather in our cap, but the biggest rewards were in working with some spectacular designers and getting to travel for a living. We’ve been in some of the most beautiful homes, everywhere from New York to the Florida Keys, and had the pleasure of working with some of the top interior designers in the world. On top of that, we have been able to visit national parks and scenic venues that add to our collection of nature photography, which is what I began photographing first and will always love most.”
